The hot tub was disappointing as only one jet worked and others had broken pieces.

The pool was a huge motivator for staying, but it was disappointingly cold, which my daughter really didn't like. The breakfast was decent – nothing fancy but enough to start the day. After our first day, I found other options nearby that would have suited our needs better.

I checked into the hotel on a Thursday night and immediately noticed some cleanliness issues. The first room had hair and wrappers on the floor, and the fridge didn’t work. I had to call the front desk because my phone didn’t work in the room. They transferred me to another room. At least this one had a functioning fridge and the cable worked as it should. The bathroom cleanliness still left a lot to be desired though, with dark hair scattered everywhere. The breakfast was mediocre. the eggs were dry and the sausage looked cheap. The pull-out couch bed was uncomfortable, with a very thin mattress making it hard to sleep. The staff at the front desk were a mixed bag. One person was cheerful and very helpful the next morning, but my check-in experience was frustrating due to a lackluster effort from another team member. I was also annoyed when the pool area was dark, and I struggled to get in because my room key didn't work. While I appreciated the good location and the helpful staff member in the morning, many underlying issues made the stay less than satisfactory.

Pool area is nice and clean. Room had cleanliness issues with spider webs and dead insects. Close to attractions, which helped our trip.

The laundry facilities are a disaster!!! Only one washer and dryer and the change machine is non-functional, leaving guests scrambling for quarters!!! The pool is uncomfortably cold, deterring anyone from enjoying it.

the room was very clean and didn’t smell musty, and the breakfast had so many options to choose from, making it an enjoyable start to each day while I explored the nearby parks like Plaster Creek and the vibrant Downtown Market grand rapids within a quick 5 km walk.

The location provides easy access to the interstate while avoiding downtown congestion. The spacious King Suite with Spa Bath was clean, and the jets in the tub worked perfectly, enhancing our relaxing experience. Breakfast included enjoyable croissants, but the surroundings felt a bit neglected, raising safety concerns.

I stayed in a King Suite with Spa Bath and found the room spacious and the amenities comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was better than I expected, with options like sausage and waffles which made my mornings enjoyable. However, the location could use some improvement as the surrounding area wasn't particularly nice.

Family with children beware

The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious enough for us to move around without stepping on each other. We had a nice pool area that the kids enjoyed even if it was a bit crowded at times.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for the overall experience.

We enjoyed a great stay in a spacious spa suite, which was perfect for relaxing after our outings. The pool was clean during our first visit, and the free WiFi was a bonus!
